Briose delicate cu umplutură cremă de brânză și zmeură, servite cu zmeură proaspătă și pudrate cu zahăr.

01 - 1 package puff pastry, thawed
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
04 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
05 - 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
06 - Fresh raspberries for garnish
07 - Powdered sugar for dusting

# Instrucțiuni:

01 - Preheat the oven to 204°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into small squares.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
04 - Place a dollop of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each puff pastry square. Add a small spoonful of raspberry preserves on top of the cream cheese mixture.
05 - Gently fold the corners of the puff pastry squares towards the center, creating a small bundle. Press to seal.
06 - Place the raspberry cream cheese bites on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
07 - Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Dust the raspberry cream cheese bites with powdered sugar and top each with a fresh raspberry.
