Set oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large 9x13-inch baking dish, combine the uncooked pasta, frozen meatballs, marinara sauce, and water or broth. Stir to mix.

Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.

Remove foil, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top, and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
