# Ingrediente:

01 - 1 cup (90g) rolled oats or oat flour
02 - 1 scoop protein powder (flavor of choice)
03 - 1 medium ripe banana
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1/2 cup (120ml) milk (dairy or plant-based)
06 - 1 tsp baking powder
07 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
08 - A pinch of salt

09 - Cooking spray or a small amount of oil for the pan

# Instrucțiuni:

01 - In a blender, combine rolled oats, protein powder, banana, eggs, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
02 - Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.
03 - Once the skillet is hot, pour 1/4 cup (about 60ml) of the batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
04 - Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set.
05 - Carefully flip the pancake using a spatula and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
06 - Continue this process with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.
07 - Place cooked pancakes on a plate and cover with a kitchen towel to keep warm while you finish the batch.
