In a blender, combine rolled oats, protein powder, banana, eggs, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.

Once the skillet is hot, pour 1/4 cup (about 60ml) of the batter for each pancake onto the skillet.

Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set.

Carefully flip the pancake using a spatula and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.

Continue this process with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.

Place cooked pancakes on a plate and cover with a kitchen towel to keep warm while you finish the batch.
