Carnați cu paste în parmezan (Versiune tipărită)

Carnați suculenți în unt de usturoi alături de paste cremoase cu parmezan, o combinație perfectă pentru o masă reconfortantă și aromată.

# Ingrediente:

→ Garlic Butter Sausage Bites

01 - 1 lb smoked sausage or Italian sausage, sliced into bite-sized pieces
02 - 3 tbsp butter
03 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1 tbsp olive oil
05 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
06 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
07 - Salt to taste
08 - Pepper to taste

→ Creamy Parmesan Pasta

09 - 12 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or your favorite)
10 - 2 tbsp butter
11 - 1 ½ cups heavy cream
12 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
13 - 1 tsp garlic powder
14 - ½ tsp black pepper
15 - Salt to taste
16 - Fresh parsley (for garnish)

# Instrucțiuni:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned on both sides for 4-5 minutes. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Return sausage to skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley and remove from heat.
02 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and garlic powder, stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until fully coated.
03 - Plate the creamy Parmesan pasta and top with garlic butter sausage bites. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
