Paste Cajun Cremoase Carnati (Versiune tipărită)

Paste delicioase cu cârnați afumați, condimente Cajun și sos cremos de brânză, gătite într-o singură oală în 30 de minute.

# Ingrediente:

01 - 12 ounces smoked sausage (Andouille or kielbasa)
02 - 8 ounces pasta (penne or rigatoni)
03 - 1 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)
04 - ½ cup diced onion
05 - 1 ½ cups chicken broth
06 - 1 cup heavy cream
07 - 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
08 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
09 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra spice)
10 - 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
11 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For Seasoning and Garnish

12 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
13 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
14 - Chopped parsley (for garnish)

# Instrucțiuni:

01 - Slice the smoked sausage into thin rounds. Chop bell peppers and onions. Measure out Cajun seasoning, heavy cream, and cheese.
02 - In a large skillet or pot, heat olive oil and sauté the sausage until browned. Remove the sausage and cook the bell peppers and onions in the same pot.
03 - Add Cajun seasoning and a bit of flour to the veggies, stirring to coat. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
04 - Add the pasta directly to the pot and cook until al dente, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
05 - Reduce the heat and stir in heavy cream and cheese until melted. Return the sausage to the pot and mix well.
06 - Top with parsley, grated Parmesan, or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
