01 - 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Pasta and Alfredo Sauce

06 - 8 ounces shell pasta
07 - 1 cup heavy cream
08 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - Salt and pepper to taste for the Alfredo sauce

# Instrucțiuni:

01 - Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
02 - In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and let them sizzle for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute before removing the steak from the skillet.
03 - In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter, add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then add the grated Parmesan cheese.
04 - Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions, drain, and toss in the Alfredo sauce.
05 - Combine steak bites with pasta and sauce, and serve with fresh parsley on top.
