Cartofi Wedges cu Parmezan (Versiune tipărită)

Cartofi wedges crocanti, aromați cu usturoi și parmezan, perfecți ca garnitură sau gustare pentru orice masă.

01 - 4 large Russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
02 - 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
03 - 2 tsp salt
04 - 2 tsp garlic powder
05 - 2 tsp Italian herb seasoning, McCormick
06 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
07 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro (optional)

# Instrucțiuni:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a large baking sheet and set it aside.
02 - Place the potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together the salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle the potato wedges with shredded Parmesan cheese while tossing to coat evenly. Then, sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the potato wedges.
04 - Place the potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer with the skin side down. Bake for 25–35 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender and golden brown.
05 - Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley or cilantro on top of the baked wedges. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
