Baghete crocante umplute cu carne de vită, ceapă, ardei, ciuperci și brânză mozzarella topită - un deliciu savuros pentru toată familia.

01 - 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 onion, sliced
04 - 1 bell pepper, sliced
05 - 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

09 - 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
10 - 1 tablespoon melted butter
11 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

# Instrucțiuni:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet; cook flank steak for 2–3 minutes until browned.
03 - Add onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet; sauté for 5–7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
04 - Roll out pizza dough and cut into 2-inch strips.
05 - Spoon the steak mixture and mozzarella onto each strip. Roll tightly and place on a greased baking sheet.
06 - Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
07 - Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
08 - Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dip.

01 - Cool the filling slightly before rolling to prevent sogginess. For extra flavor, use provolone cheese or add caramelized onions.
