Philly Vita Branza Tigaie (Versiune tipărită)

Preparat savuros cu carne tocată de vită, ardei, ceapă și brânză topită, gătit într-o singură tigaie în doar 25 de minute.

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - 1 small onion, diced
04 - 1 green bell pepper, diced
05 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
11 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

# Instrucțiuni:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
02 - Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5–7 minutes.
03 - Drain excess fat if needed, then add diced onion, green and red bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
04 - Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if using.
05 - Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the beef and vegetable mixture.
06 - Cover the skillet and reduce heat to low. Let sit for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
07 - Serve hot on its own, with toasted bread, or over rice or pasta.
