Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine the crushed oreo cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until evenly moistened and press the mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to cool.

Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese on medium speed until soft, creamy, and smooth. Gradually add sugar while beating until the mixture is smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract and scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure a smooth consistency.

Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, leaving the mini milk chocolate chips aside for topping.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust. Sprinkle mini milk chocolate chips on top. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, or until set. Cool completely and refrigerate.
