Pui cu cartofi în slow cooker (Versiune tipărită)

Piept de pui fraged cu cartofi și fasole verde gătite împreună în slow cooker, cu unt și condimente italienești delicioase.

01 - 1 onion, diced
02 - 2 pounds chicken breast
03 - 1 pound green beans
04 - 1.5 pounds Yukon gold potatoes
05 - 2 tablespoons Italian dressing mix
06 - 2 tablespoons butter

# Instrucțiuni:

01 - Place the diced onion on the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the chicken breast over the onion.
02 - Season the chicken with half of the Italian dressing mix.
03 - Cut the potatoes into bite-sized chunks and place them on one side of the slow cooker over the chicken. Place the green beans over the other side of the chicken.
04 - Sprinkle the rest of the Italian seasoning over the top of the potatoes and green beans, then drizzle the melted butter over everything.
05 - Place the top on the slow cooker and cook on high for 3.5-4 hours, or low for 4.5-5 hours.

# Note utile:

01 - Chicken thighs can be substituted for chicken breasts. Carrots may replace green beans if desired.
02 - Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 4 days or frozen before or after cooking for longer storage.
03 - The dish can be reheated in the microwave in 30-second intervals or in the oven covered with foil.
04 - This recipe can be doubled using a large or extra-large Crock Pot.
