Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Optionally, you can use a loaf pan for easier shaping.

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, chopped onion, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix together until fully incorporated, but don’t overmix.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into an oval-shaped loaf. Place them on the prepared baking sheet with space between them.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). If you don’t have a thermometer, make sure the inside is no longer pink and the juices run clear.

Let the meatloaves rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley or additional parmesan if desired.
