Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.

Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix to coat evenly.

Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Work in batches if necessary.

Reduce heat to medium, return all chicken to the pan, and add remaining butter and minced garlic. Stir continuously for 1–2 minutes until garlic is fragrant and chicken is coated in sauce.

Sprinkle chopped parsley on top of the chicken and serve immediately.
