Sprinkle ½ cup of mozzarella cheese in the center of the skillet and let it melt without stirring.

Once the cheese begins to melt and bubble, place a tortilla on top, gently pressing it into the melted cheese.

When the cheese starts to brown and crisp, carefully flip the tortilla. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce in the center of the tortilla and top with 6 slices of pepperoni.

Roll the tortilla carefully from one side to the other, securing the cheese and pepperoni inside.
