Rulouri pizza cu pepperoni brânză (Versiune tipărită)

Rulouri delicioase cu brânză mozzarella și pepperoni în tortilla cu puțini carbohidrați, gata în doar 25 de minute.

# Ingrediente:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - 8 low-carb tortillas
03 - ½ cup pizza sauce
04 - 48 slices pepperoni

# Instrucțiuni:

01 - Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
02 - Sprinkle ½ cup of mozzarella cheese in the center of the skillet and let it melt without stirring.
03 - Once the cheese begins to melt and bubble, place a tortilla on top, gently pressing it into the melted cheese.
04 - When the cheese starts to brown and crisp, carefully flip the tortilla. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce in the center of the tortilla and top with 6 slices of pepperoni.
05 - Roll the tortilla carefully from one side to the other, securing the cheese and pepperoni inside.
06 - Repeat the steps with the remaining ingredients to make more pizza roll-ups.

01 - For extra flavor, add diced bell peppers or olives before rolling up.
02 - Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
